Introduction

Digital Literacy Class: We are going to learn about so many incredible ways to be creative, collaborative, and to communicate. We will focus on computer skills and applications. Some topics you already know about, and you will know better, and other topics and applications will be new to you! Either way, we will work together to find the ones you are able to use best. This class consists of Project-Based-Learning. You will be given plenty of time to learn the skills and applications that you will use for a lifetime. Inspiration 8/9 Introduction - Venn Diagram

Today
you will be creating VENN DIAGRAMS with a partner in class. This is to
introduce you to Graphic Organizers and Inspiration 8/9. We will be
making Timelines, Family Trees and ultimately you will create a City
Research Project. Please let me know immediately if your computer does
not have the Inspiration8 or Inspiration9 software so I can load it for
you.

Complete the sheet below (In Class) on your own. Then Create a Venn Diagram with the Paper Copy in class. Finally, create a digital version using Inspiration 8/9 on your computer. Follow the directions for credit!

The whole point of this project
is to collaborate. Open the VENN DIAGRAM template under the
English and Language Arts section of Sample Documents. Fill

You must then open the PDF with Preview and SAVE it as a JPEG (Picture File), upload it to your Google Drive, and SHARE the Link on the Crossroads 2014-2015 GOOGLE+ Page for credit.
